Job Summary
Project Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi and coordinate projects for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and proven success in leading teams to successful completion of projects.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure resources are allocated properly and that all parties understand their roles.
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress of the project team members.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, budget as needed.
• Coordinate communications between all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Monitor quality control throughout each phase of the project cycle.
• Prepare reports on progress as well as problems that may arise during the course of a project.
• Analyze potential risks associated with a given project before committing resources to it.
• Facilitate meetings between stakeholders to review progress or discuss issues related to a given project.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects from start to finish is essential for this role.
• Proven success in developing detailed plans for large scale projects with complex components is highly desirable.
• Ability to make decisions quickly under pressure is a must-have skill for this position.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
