Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The primary responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include but are not limited to:
• Measuring and recording geological features, topographical details and other data using specialized surveying equipment.
• Preparing legal documents related to land ownership or boundary disputes.
• Conducting research into historical records to determine original boundary lines or other features of a property.
• Creating maps using Global Positioning System (GPS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) technology.
• Analyzing survey results for accuracy and precision.
• Providing advice on land use, zoning and construction projects.
• Inspecting properties to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Ensuring that all data is properly documented and stored for future reference.
