We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role will be responsible for managing all human resources operations and activities across the organisation. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

We expect the successful candidate to have a degree in Human Resources or related field, as well as experience in recruitment and selection processes. In addition, a deep understanding of employment regulations and best practices would be beneficial. The salary for this position is 1000 per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant for the role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources department including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and training & development. They will maintain HR policies & procedures as well as ensure they are compliant with relevant laws & regulations. Furthermore, they will liaise with other departments to ensure that HR initiatives are implemented correctly across the organisation.
