Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing the entire human resources function in our organization, including recruitment and selection, staffing and training, employee relations and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management. You will also provide guidance to all staff members on matters related to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements for the Candidate:
-At least 5 years of experience in a generalist or specialist role within the human resources field
-Proven experience in dealing with all aspects of human resources management
-Expert knowledge of employment law
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
