Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager for our restaurant business in Abu-Dhabi. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to motivate and lead a staff team. We are prepared to consider an immigrant.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Hire, train, and manage staff
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability
• Monitor budget and purchase supplies as needed
• Prepare weekly reports on sales and operational activities
• Maintain standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and promptly
• Develop marketing strategies to promote products or services

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Experience in people management techniques
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and labor laws
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Salary: AED 1400/month
