Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions to challenging problems.
• Identifying potential risks and creating strategies to mitigate them.
• Utilizing software to assist with engineering tasks.
• Developing plans for projects in order to ensure completion on time and on budget.
• Drafting technical reports on project progress, outcomes, and any other relevant information.
• Collaborating with other engineers to create innovative solutions within a team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 1 year of experience in Engineering or related field (willingness to consider those without experience).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to identify potential risks and create strategies for mitigating them.
• Proficiency in multiple software programs related to engineering tasks (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in order to effectively collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds.
