Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and customer service is maintained. The Housekeeping Manager will be a leader, able to inspire and motivate the housekeeping team, while providing direction and support.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the housekeeping team in meeting all organizational standards for cleanliness and safety
• Develop, monitor, and enforce sanitation policies and procedures
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all public areas and guest rooms
• Scheduling staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage for peak periods
• Monitor linen inventory and order supplies as necessary
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
• Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• At least 3 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire staff members to reach their full potential
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while multitasking
