Hotel Manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for a position in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have a proven background in the hospitality industry and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel including managing staff, financial operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as strong managerial capabilities.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
• Establishing customer service standards, monitoring performance of staff, and providing feedback
• Developing budgets and forecasting financial goals
• Managing accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and other administrative tasks
• Conducting regular reviews of employees’ performance to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Ensuring compliance with all state/federal laws, safety regulations, policies and procedures
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure hotel supplies are maintained at optimal levels
• Overseeing training of new staff members in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
• Developing marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy rates and revenue targets
• Attending community events when necessary to promote the hotel’s services.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1000 USD per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are willing to consider applications from foreigners.
