Job Title: Travel Agent
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1600 KWD

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending and booking travel arrangements on behalf of our customers, ensuring that they have a comfortable and enjoyable journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel plans, costs, and promotions.
• Provide customers with information about destination countries, including customs, currency regulations, medical requirements, visa regulations, and climate.
• Make hotel reservations for customers after verifying availability of rooms.
• Offer advice about travel safety and security measures.
• Book flight tickets for customers based on their preferences and budgets.
• Assist with passport applications and visa processing.
• Follow up with clients after their return from trips to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle clients’ complaints promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Travel Agent or similar role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language. • Knowledgeable about global geography, cultures, current events, customs regulations etc., in order to provide best customer service possible. • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays etc., as required by business needs. • Must be an immigrant willing to work in Al-Kuwait with valid papers/documents required for the same purpose.
