Job Description:

The core responsibilities include:
• Developing effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates;
• Interviewing and assessing applicants;
• Creating job postings and advertising positions;
• Screening resumes and conducting background checks;
• Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities;
• Advising hiring managers on selection procedures;
• Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
