Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 and we are open to consider applicants from outside the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel, property, and assets throughout the company.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and practices
• Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or security breaches in a timely manner
• Investigate incidents related to loss prevention or violations of company policies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations
• Conduct background checks on new employees
• Prepare incident reports detailing any suspicious activity or violations observed
• Provide training on security protocols and procedures to staff members
• Monitor the access control system to ensure unauthorized personnel do not enter restricted areas.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role in a multinational company
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, equipment, and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to handle pressure calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
