Carpenter (Doha, Qatar)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Carpentry or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in carpentry techniques and tools
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary


Job Description:
We are looking for a Carpenter to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to woodworking, including constructing furniture, shelves, cabinets, stairs, decks and other items from wood. They will be expected to read blueprints accurately and measure materials precisely. Other duties may include installing drywall and paneling; repairing furniture; replacing doors; installing trim; building partitions; building fences; laying flooring; constructing walls; assembling window frames; dovetailing joints; planing boards; sanding surfaces; smoothing joints with hand tools or power tools such as saws or routers. The Carpenter will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary Information:
This position offers a salary of 1100 QAR per month.
