Welder Job in Doha

We are looking for a Welder to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding various metals together using advanced welding techniques and equipment. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 QAR per month and are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in welding; previous experience with a variety of metals is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately
• Strong knowledge of safety practices when using welding equipment
• Excellent physical condition
• Must have valid welding certification
• Experience with TIG, MIG, and commercial arc welding preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Accurately read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine the appropriate welding procedure for each project
• Set up the necessary tools and supplies needed for each project including selecting the correct type of metal required • Install jigs, fixtures or clamps as needed to secure pieces for welding process • Utilize MIG/TIG/Arc Welding processes on various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, brass etc. according to blueprint specifications • Inspect welds to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met or exceeded • Follow all safety protocols when operating welding equipment • Follow instructions from supervisors or lead welders regarding job specifications
