Project Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. We offer an attractive salary of 900 (negotiable based on experience). We are open to considering foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project life cycle from initiation through closure, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance. They will also act as the single point of contact between the client and the project team and coordinate all resources to ensure project success. The Project Manager must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans that include cost estimates, timelines, resource allocations, and risk management plans
• Monitor progress against established plans and make course corrections when needed
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations by providing regular updates on progress and changes
• Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with results
• Identify areas for improvement in processes or product design
• Provide leadership to project teams by delegating tasks appropriately
• Oversee the performance of team members and provide feedback when needed
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and deadlines are met
• Prepare reports for management on progress or other key metrics related to projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering or Business Administration
• Proven track record of successful project management in a similar field/industry
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
