Business Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our business, leading our team and developing strategies that will increase efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be a problem solver, have a can-do attitude and be driven by results.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity of the business
• Monitor daily operations to ensure accurate execution of tasks
• Monitor progress against set goals and objectives
• Oversee budgeting activities including setting financial targets
• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, partners etc.
• Ensure compliance with local laws & regulations
• Provide guidance & supervision to staff members
• Support & mentor junior employees in the organization

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in Qatar)
• Demonstrable leadership & managerial skills
• Proven track record of managing budgets effectively
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1400 QAR per month for the right candidate. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
