Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record in sales. This position offers an attractive salary of 1600.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is expected to develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer base and grow revenue within the assigned area of responsibility. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring customer service levels, generating sales reports, ensuring compliance with company procedures & policies; as well as developing promotional material & campaigns. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and managing sales staff; including setting targets & reviewing performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field; along with at least 5 years of experience in the same role or similar position in a corporate environment. A comprehensive knowledge of sales principles and practices is essential; as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure. Fluency in Arabic is preferable but not required; while proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint is desirable.
