Salary: 1400 QAR/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage personnel and resources efficiently.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our organization, making sure that all activities are carried out properly and within the established timeframes. They must be able to coordinate staff activities, monitor performance and provide feedback. They must also be able to maintain high standards of quality control and ensure that all customer service goals are achieved.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role. A degree in business management or a related field is preferred but not essential. The candidate should also possess strong leadership qualities and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English is also required.
