Job Title: Land Surveyor (Riyadh)

Salary: 1400

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of land surveying activities, such as boundary surveys, construction surveys, and topographic surveys. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in the field. We are also ready to consider an immigrant with relevant experience.

The primary responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include:

• Carrying out precise and accurate land surveys using electronic survey instruments and data collectors
• Preparing survey reports, documents, drawings and plans
• Recording measurements and providing information to engineers, developers and other stakeholders
• Utilizing AutoCAD software for mapping purposes
• Researching legal records such as deeds and property descriptions
• Keeping up to date with new techniques and technologies in the surveying field
• Maintaining accurate records of the survey work

The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. They should also have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding property surveys. The ability to work independently is also important.
