Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 900 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing restaurants and must have a proven track record of successful restaurant operations.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of food preparation, customer service, and health & safety regulations. He/she should have great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and staff. The candidate should also be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and ensuring that all customer service standards are met or exceeded. He/she will also be responsible for training staff on proper handling and storage of food items as well as monitoring food safety standards. Additionally, the manager will be required to develop innovative strategies to maximize restaurant profits.
