We are a restaurant in Dubai looking for a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from staff management to customer service, to ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience in our establishment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities. They should be able to handle a busy working environment while remaining organized and providing solutions to any issues that may arise.

The job duties will include hiring and training staff, monitoring staff performance, overseeing the restaurant's operations, developing menus, creating specials and promotions, scheduling shifts, controlling costs, tracking inventory and food supplies, ensuring food safety regulations are followed, responding to customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and enforcing health codes.

The salary for this position is 1500 AED per month and we are open to considering applicants who are immigrants with no prior experience in the role.
