Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor in Riyadh who is capable of providing accurate measurements of land and buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports for a variety of purposes. This position offers a salary of 1400 and is open to both domestic and foreign applicants.

Duties:
The Land Surveyor’s primary responsibility is to accurately measure the surface features of land and buildings. This includes measuring distances, angles, elevations, and other features using specialized instruments such as GPS systems or theodolites. The surveyor will also be responsible for conducting research on area maps, aerial photographs, deed records, legal descriptions of properties, as well as other sources to determine boundary lines or other features. Additionally, the surveyor will analyze survey data collected in the field and use computer software to create detailed reports for clients.

Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with a degree in surveying or a related field from an accredited college or university. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in land surveying and/or GIS mapping techniques as well as knowledge of applicable laws governing property boundaries and rights-of-way. The successful candidate should also have excellent problem solving skills with the ability to interpret maps accurately while working under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Additionally, we require strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively on projects as needed.

Experience:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor who has experience working with automated equipment such as Total Stations (TS) , robotic total stations (RTS), GPS systems, drones or other related technologies used in surveying applications. We also prefer candidates that have experience working on large scale projects such as urban development plans or infrastructure surveys that involve coordination between multiple stakeholders including government officials and contractors.
