Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in an accounting role and have an excellent understanding of general accounting principles and procedures. We are willing to consider applicants who are foreign nationals who possess the necessary skills and work experience. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200 SAR per month.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, general ledger accounts and other related documents
• Monitor financial health of organization by analyzing actual results in comparison to budgets
• Prepare audits by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Support the CFO in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual closings
• Assist with implementing new accounting procedures
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Participate in special projects as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field required • Minimum 1 year working experience as an accountant or related role required • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Strong analytical skills; ability to identify financial trends & discrepancies • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & QuickBooks software • Strong attention to detail & accuracy; able to review own work for errors • Excellent organizational & time management skills; able to multitask effectively • Ability to work independently & as part of a team; excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally & written

Salary: 1200 SAR per month
