As the Sous Chef, your major responsibilities will include:
• Preparing meals according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef
• Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently
• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Delegating tasks to kitchen staff as needed

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Experience as a Sous Chef or similar position is preferred but not required
• Excellent cooking skills with knowledge of different cuisines
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
• Great leadership skills with experience in managing a team
