Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in Human Resources. We are willing to consider foreign candidates and offer a salary of 1700.

Responsibilities
•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
•Manage the recruitment and selection process
•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
•Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
•Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
•Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

Qualifications
•Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Human Resources
•Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or HRMS software preferred
•Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
•Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
•Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Additional Requirements
•BSc/MSc degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field
