As Chef, you must be able to lead the kitchen staff with confidence while adhering to all food safety regulations. You must have an eye for detail and be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess at least three years of experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting. They should also possess superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. A degree or certification from a culinary school is preferred but not required; however, the Chef should have an extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, recipes, seasonings, ingredients, nutrition, presentation styles and cooking methods. The successful candidate should also have knowledge of food safety regulations as well as demonstrated leadership abilities.
