Job Description:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate should have a passion for making great coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks and other beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following health and safety guidelines. This position requires an outgoing personality with great communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare espresso-based coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, etc.
• Follow proper food handling techniques and maintain cleanliness of work area
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain stock of ingredients needed to prepare coffee drinks
• Clean equipment and utensils as needed
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all health and safety guidelines as set forth by local government regulations
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista in UAE (preferred)
• Ability to understand English (Arabic is a plus) • Knowledge of espresso based drinks preparation techniques • Well-versed in handling cash register operations, credit cards/debit cards payment systems • Outstanding customer service skills with an approachable manner • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Flexible availability to work on shifts (including evenings, weekends) • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally • Must be authorized to work in the UAE (for foreigners)

Salary: 1600 AED
