We are looking for an experienced and qualified Surveyor to join our growing team based in Dibba-El-Fujairah. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing surveying services to support land development and other projects. You will need to have excellent knowledge of survey methods and principles, including the use of modern survey equipment, mathematics, science and engineering principles.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field such as geography or civil engineering. You should also have experience in survey practice, including boundary surveying, construction layout and topographic mapping using cutting-edge survey technology. You must be able to interpret legal documents such as deeds of trust and easements accurately.

As the Surveyor, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your key responsibilities will include conducting surveys for legal descriptions; collecting data from aerial photographs; preparing sketches; performing calculations; identifying potential problems; making recommendations for solutions; preparing survey reports; presenting results at meetings; providing technical advice on projects; maintaining records; assisting with planning applications and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
