Office manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of office management experience and must be willing to work hard in order to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing staff, providing administrative support, maintaining office supplies, and organizing meetings. He or she should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multitask effectively.

The successful candidate will ensure that all activities are completed within established timeframes and that all customer service requests are handled promptly. He or she should also be able to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them. The Office Manager will also provide support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reports.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED/month. We welcome applications from immigrants who can demonstrate their suitability for this role.
