HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the human resources function, ensuring it is aligned with the needs of the business and its overall objectives.

The main responsibilities of the HR Manager include but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures that support organizational objectives;
• Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees;
• Training, mentoring, and coaching all staff;
• Managing payroll and benefits administration;
• Conducting performance reviews and disciplinary meetings;
• Overseeing employee relations issues;
• Ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations;
• Monitoring employee safety programs.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in human resources management or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also essential. We are willing to consider an experienced foreigner for this position. The salary offered is 900 AED per month.
