The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, training and development, employee relations, performance management and payroll. In addition, they will be expected to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support the company's overall mission and goals. The HR Manager must also ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
