We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a passion for hospitality and be able to motivate staff to deliver excellence in customer service.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading the operations of our restaurant, developing business strategies, and ensuring that customer satisfaction is always met. Duties include creating and managing budgets, overseeing staff performance, setting targets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. The successful candidate should also be able to identify areas for improvement within the restaurant and create action plans to increase efficiency.

The ideal applicant must have a degree in hospitality management or equivalent qualifications as well as several years of experience in a similar role. They should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience with customer relations management software such as CRM. Knowledge of local food trends is also beneficial. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position if they meet all other requirements. The salary offered is 1200 AED per month.
