We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious Al-Kuwait company. The successful candidate will have 1 year of prior experience in a supervisory role and be willing to work hard to ensure the success of the company.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all staff, activities and operations, monitoring performance and providing feedback and guidance to employees. He/She will also be expected to develop strategies for improvement and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to.

The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail and be able to work under pressure. He/She should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet. It is essential that he/she is highly organised, results driven and has a good understanding of industry best practices.
