The Supervisor will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to employees; delegating tasks; monitoring performance; ensuring a safe working environment; conducting training sessions; resolving conflicts; organizing meetings; preparing reports; handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests; maintaining accurate records; evaluating employee performance; developing policies and procedures; identifying areas for improvement, making recommendations, etc.
