We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our hotel's operations, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay and that staff are well taken care of.
The Hotel Manager will be in charge of overseeing all operations, from guest services to financial management. Duties include setting goals and targets; training staff; ensuring that customer service standards are met; coordinating room availability with reservations; handling complaints; monitoring staff performance and payroll; and maintaining overall property cleanliness. The Hotel Manager should also ensure compliance with all regulations and laws, health and safety standards, as well as the company’s policies.
The successful applicant should possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others, making sure that everyone is on board with the company’s goals. They should also have excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, multi-tasking capabilities, and an eye for detail when it comes to managing the hotel’s operations. Qualifications such as a degree in hospitality management or business administration will be highly valued. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required - we are willing to consider candidates with no prior work experience in this field!
