Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced and energetic Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing security procedures and systems, providing a safe environment for staff, customers and visitors, and ensuring that all company rules and regulations are followed.

Job Description:
The Security Manager will be responsible for the safety of all staff, customers and visitors. This includes managing security personnel, conducting daily inspections of the premises, implementing security protocols, monitoring CCTV footage, responding to security breaches or suspicious activity, conducting investigations as needed, and liaising with law enforcement as necessary. The Security Manager will also be in charge of maintaining accurate records of all incidents and responding to customer complaints or concerns.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. They should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. A valid driver's license is also required. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who possess valid work visas or permits.
