Position: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1100 QAR/month
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the company’s management and staff. This position requires at least two years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming calls and emails, ensuring that messages are communicated accurately and efficiently
• Maintain records of all incoming correspondence, including emails, faxes, letters, and memos
• Create reports for management as required
• Prepare business documents such as contracts, presentations, memos, and letters
• Manage schedules of meetings and appointments; arrange meeting rooms if needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and car rentals when necessary
• Assist with event planning including catering services for meetings and conferences
• Perform other duties assigned by management when needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a similar position with at least two years of experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of office procedures and practices; ability to use office equipment such as computers (MS Office) printers, etc.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to speak clearly both verbally and in writing
• Outstanding organizational skills; attention to detail is essential
