Sales Manager - Doha

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 QAR, with potential for bonus payments depending on performance.

Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be expected to create sales strategies that best meet customer needs while maximizing company profits. The Sales Manager will be required to monitor sales trends, review customer feedback, and create reports on sales activity. Other duties include providing technical support where needed, following up on customer inquiries, attending industry events when required, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or relevant field is preferred
• Must have at least three years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successful sales management
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Flexible approach – must be open to change
