Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and create a memorable culinary experience for our customers. This position offers a salary of 1600 and is open to immigrants.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop menus that take into account factors such as budget limitations, customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and nutritional requirements.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all areas of food preparation, storage, and serving.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients as well as other necessary supplies needed for daily operations.
• Train personnel on menu items, cooking techniques, and preparation methods as needed.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by providing helpful recommendations or answering inquiries regarding menu items or restaurant services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in leading kitchens within high-end restaurants or hotels.
• Proven ability to lead a large kitchen staff with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices including proper storage methods, temperatures etc.. • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written & verbal communication abilities
