Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1100 QAR
Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing direction, guidance and support to their team members. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills along with a strong ability to problem solve. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations activities such as customer service, order processing, inventory control and data entry
• Develop processes to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy of data entry
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies & procedures
• Train, mentor and coach employees on job duties and performance expectations
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues or improve processes
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction ratings
• Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner


Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position or related role
• Proven track record of successful leadership skills
• Ability to analyze complex information quickly and accurately
• Excellent verbal communication skills • Problem solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Willingness to consider an immigrant for this role
