Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations in a professional and friendly manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer relations, and inventory control
• Ensure that all food and beverage orders are delivered on time and up to the customer’s expectations
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in accordance with health regulations
• Develop menus for customers according to their preferences
• Monitor staff performance in order to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• Create monthly reports on sales figures, customer feedback, staff performance, etc.
• Manage budgets effectively while striving to maximize profits

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (Arabic is preferred)
• A good understanding of food safety regulations
• Knowledge of restaurant management software systems is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1300 AED/month (negotiable depending on qualifications). We are also ready to consider foreign candidates for this role.
