The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including the day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, overseeing staff performance and training, and ensuring budget targets are met. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate should also have a passion for food quality and service excellence.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant;
• Ensuring that the highest standards of food quality and customer service are met;
• Creating and maintaining a pleasant working environment;
• Developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction;
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations;
• Hiring, training, evaluating & disciplining staff;
• Preparing reports on sales volume & financial performance;
• Developing menus that adhere to budget targets while satisfying customers’ needs.

The successful candidate must have:
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead & motivate teams effectively
• Proven track record in restaurant management
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Passion for quality food & service excellence
