Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, from managing staff and customer relations to designing menus and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. As Restaurant Manager, you will have a passion for hospitality and an understanding of how to deliver exceptional service. You will also be expected to lead by example when it comes to maintaining a clean, safe and pleasant environment for customers and employees alike.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a restaurant in Dubai or similar cultural setting, as well as excellent communication skills with both English and Arabic language proficiency. They must also demonstrate strong leadership qualities, be able to work independently with little supervision, have outstanding organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have a friendly personality with attention to detail and possess creative problem-solving abilities. A valid driver's license would be considered an asset. The successful candidate must also have a university degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management or related field.
