Position: Restaurant Manager

Salary: 1300 AED/Month

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead a team of employees.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, coordinating daily operations, creating menus, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should also possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, they should have considerable knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

The primary duties of the Restaurant Manager include but are not limited to:
• Managing daily operations and ensuring quality control standards are met
• Hiring and training new staff members
• Creating marketing plans to attract new customers and build relationships with existing customers
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Developing menu items that meet customer needs
• Supervising kitchen staff during meal preparation
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary
• Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
• Analyzing financial data to maximize profits and minimize losses
