JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly experienced Physician Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide medical care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
• Perform physical exams, take histories, order laboratory tests and interpret results.
• Prescribe medications as needed and provide education on their use.
• Complete detailed patient records and documentation as required.
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient care needs and progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment regimens.
• Provide patient education regarding preventive health measures and lifestyle changes as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make decisions based on medical knowledge and sound clinical judgment.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times while on duty.
• Remain up to date on the latest advances in medicine.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, family members, staff members, physicians and other healthcare professionals.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited program for physician assistants or equivalent experience/education as a physician assistant required.
• Current certification or license to practice as a physician assistant required
• Experience working in a clinical setting preferred
• Knowledge of current medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy & physiology preferred

SALARY: 1100
