We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant for our Al-Kuwait office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The position requires 1 year of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling basic correspondence. They will also be responsible for updating databases, filing paperwork, ordering supplies and equipment, managing accounts payable and receivable systems, processing invoices and preparing financial reports. Additionally, the Office Assistant may provide support with special projects or other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; they should also have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office is expected; knowledge of accounting software is preferred but not required. The salary is 1800 per month; we are also open to considering candidates from abroad who meet the required qualifications.
