We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is a full-time, salaried role offering a salary of 1000 and we are ready to consider a foreign candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of operations. As an Administrative Assistant, you must have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, and an eye for detail. You will be expected to manage office equipment and supplies, coordinate meetings and events, respond to emails and phone calls from clients, and provide additional support as needed.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role with a proven track record of successfully completing tasks on time and within budget. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and possess the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision. You should also have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), office equipment (printer/scanner/fax) as well as experience with database software is preferred but not required.
