Librarian job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled worker


We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of the library's resources, including cataloging books, periodicals, and other media, maintaining circulation records, developing resource materials in support of educational programs, preparing bibliographies on specific topics, and assisting patrons with reference inquiries. Additionally, they will assist in developing library policies and procedures and working with library staff to ensure all library services are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Library Science or a related field along with a minimum of two years' experience working in libraries. They must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, an ability to use technology effectively for resource management purposes, and the capacity to remain patient when interacting with patrons.

This position comes with a salary of 1700 per month and we are willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet the qualifications.
