We are looking for a talented and motivated Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the library operations, managing the collection of books, and providing information services to library users.

The Librarian will be expected to maintain the cataloging system, ensuring that all resources are properly indexed and categorized. In addition, they will need to provide assistance in finding and using information from both traditional and digital sources. They should be well-versed in library software such as circulation systems and research databases.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on providing customer service. They should also have a good eye for detail when it comes to organizing information. Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage but not essential.

This position requires excellent management skills in order to plan and coordinate library activities including budgeting, staffing, acquisitions, collection development, and other related tasks as required.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700 AED per month plus benefits package depending on experience level. We are happy to consider applications from immigrants who are able to demonstrate the necessary qualifications and experience for this role.
