Personal Trainer – Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate Personal Trainer to join our team in Dubai. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology or related field preferred
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, exercise progressions and corrective exercises
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in personal training preferred but not essential
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required

Job Duties:
The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness instruction for our clients. Specific duties include:

• Conducting assessments of clients’ physical condition, including lifestyle habits, medical history, fitness level etc.
• Designing individualized exercise programs based on clients’ goals
• Teaching proper form and technique for various exercises • Motivating clients during exercise sessions • Monitoring progress throughout the program • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
