We are looking for an experienced, skilled and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the culinary field, with a focus on international cuisine.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary team at our restaurant and developing new menus to provide diners with creative and delicious dishes. They will ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety are adhered to at all times, and motivate staff to deliver amazing customer service experiences. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of ingredient ordering and stock control.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills. They must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment, as well as being comfortable with working in a team setting. They must also have strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cost control procedures and budgeting processes.
